Dress For Less: Spring Trends Part 1

Since yesterday was the official first day of Spring it's only fitting to talk about hot Spring trends! This edition of Dress for Less is going to be a bit different from usual.  I'm going to pick a few of the key trends for Spring 2011 and show you how you can get those looks for less in a series of posts!  For this post I chose Color Blocking and Jewel Tones. Next up is Seventies, followed by Girly.  If you guys like this you can suggest more spring trends for me to do this with! :)

Color Blocking and Jewel Tones:  Color blocking is pretty simple, all you need to do is take a bunch of separates of different colors and wear them together (or a dress can work too).  And it doesn't have to be with bright colors like these, but Jewel Tones are another trend so I figured I would kill two birds with one stone.

You can wear these pieces all together or mix them with other pieces in your wardrobe if it's too wild for you.
