London - Day 3

  Monday, July 18, 2011 at 8:00 AM   |    Post a Comment     Tagged:,,,
Monday the 4th was a pretty fun and busy day! We started the day by waking up at 6:30 am and heading to ITV studios to cheer on Tom Felton because he was appearing on Daybreak that morning. We were pretty much the only people waiting except for a couple other fans and stupid paparazzi. Tom was very excited to see us (we are part of his fan group FeltBeats so he has seen the other girls a fair few times and I've seen him at premiers and such) and we got a picture with him, sadly it came out REALLY blurry. I obviously blurred everyone else to maintain privacy but I left Tom and I how we were in the original, so you can see how blurry it was...ANNOYING! I'm so mad too because I was standing right next to him and it would have been the perfect picture otherwise. Also, as you can see, Andy Serkis from Lord of the Rings was on the show too, YAY!
After that 2 of the girls and I went to have some breakfast at the park near our flat. I got scrambled eggs on toast and it was VERY tasty! Then we went off to Harrods to have a look around, I really wanted a Burberry dress but sadly it was too expensive, ha ha. We did buy a macaron each at Laduree though, I got chocolate of course.
Then it was time for High Tea at the Ritz which you guys must be glad is over because I will stop worrying about my dress. It was so much fun, even though all i ate were two chocolate hazelnut things (the brown one in the photos). Everything else looked too icky for me, ha ha. I did have darjeeling tea (because of Toy Story 1...haha) but only had a few sips because it was gross. ;)

  6. Haha, you're hilarious, I can't believe you went to tea at the Ritz and only had two things! I agree that Darjeeling is nasty, however. Too bad that picture is blurry, but at least you have it... now just blur everyone out a bit more and it'll just be the two of you. ; D

P.S. You look awesome at High Tea. Lovely dress and coat!

  10. And Serkis looks so much like Gollum (...or I suppose I should say Gollum looks so much like Andy Serkis...) it's crazy. I mean, OBVIOUSLY, but I wish they would have CGI'ed the features of Gollum a little bit more!

Anyway, Tom (and you!) are looking good!

  15. I understand you! Lots of the english foods are weird tasting and I think you have to get used to it. The only typical english food I like is crumpets, which I try to enjoy every time I am there. I also agree with you that the darjeeling tea is nothing to cheer for. That place on the other hand looked really nice, and so did you. Love the floral print on it.
