Grilled Apple Chicken

Here's a quick non-fashion post for today. I wasn't going to post anything today but I figured, why not?!  Anywayyyy...last night I decided to try out a new recipe for dinner, Grilled Apple Chicken!  Here are some fun pictures I took while making it:
I also made Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil couscous by Near East (aka it's a box mix).
Here is the finished product! I had a Gala apple with my meal, ha ha.
And here is the aftermath....UGH! It took FOREVER to clean the grill and it was disgusting and still dirty, though not this bad...I need to try again later...

  6. It seems so tasty and I think I might even try it once at a restaurant but I'm not quite sure...The worse thing is how the grill ends up and its so difficult to clean it :(

  10. If it was really tasty then it's worth the clean up. But yeah, caramelising sweet sauce on a grill is the worst to scrape off

  11. yum! this looks and sounds delicious. my husband often soaks those kinds of dirty pans in oxy clean over night to help get the stuff to come off. cleaning up is definitely my least fave part about cooking!
