{outfit} Saturday in the Park

I wore this on Sunday to meet up with Lydia and Annie for brunch, we were supposed to have a larger group but sadly a bunch of the girls had to cancel.  We didn't get a group picture of the three of us since Annie had to leave a bit early and we ran out of time. We had delicious food and then went shopping at Village Vogue Boutique. I was hoping I wouldn't find anything but I ended up trying on a Burberry jacket (too big), Emanuel Ungaro jacket (liked, but was expensive) and a batik clothing set that I bought to wear as pajamas.

But just as I thought I was home free and wasn't going to use one of my five items in the French Wardrobe Challenge I saw a snake print skirt with a matching vest.  It was 60% (bringing the 2 pieces down to $23) off so I bought it and haven't decided if I'm keeping it and using it as one of my pieces, or if I'll resell it.  It may be too weird to wear both pieces together so I'll most likely just wear the skirt.

I wore my Carven Paris Map Print dress again, definitely glad I bought it as one of my five items! This is the third time I wore it, I styled it for a wedding shower and Easter already.

  1. I'm glad we at least FINALLY made it out to our brunch and I'm glad I was good at Village Vogue. But the snake skirt is super awesome sans vest and I can't wait to see you wear it.

  6. how wonderful to have meet ups with bloggers. I hope one day I will have as well. That's the not fun part about being small town fblogger. You both ladies look so lovely. I love your Paris map print dress and that's wonderful to see you wearing it. That's how it should be. Looking forward how you'll style it next time.
