{outfit} Open Toed Booties and Bare Legs

The time has finally come for my favorite boots to come out of their Summer slumber! It is almost their 4th birthday and I love them just as much as when I first got them.  It's rather fitting that I'm posting this look today since it's my birthday on Sunday and I got them as a gift.*

They are a perfect match with this sweater dress which could be a little boring with other shoes.  The boots bump up the volume, so to speak. That is also why I opted to add a vest on top as well, for a bit more interest.  It's nice to still be able to have bare legs during this time of year, the outfit will feel a little heavier come Winter when I have to wear tights with it.

* Well, I said I wanted them and my mom gave me the money to buy them for my birthday, but same thing.

Dress: Balenciaga Knits (Roundabout Resale), Necklace: Indulgems (Gilt Groupe) Booties: Alexander Wang 'Freja' (The Outnet), Vest: Ella Moss (Marshalls)

  6. Those boots look amazing, especially for being 4 years old! :) They do work so well with your dress :) I have a pair of suede boots my mum bought me for my birthday - I think I've only ever worn them a handful of times since I've had the blog as they are so precious I'm scared to damage them, ha!

  7. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Those are certainly one of your more fun pairs of boots, and I love that you are never one to shy from a sky high heel. Head to toe burgundy is a perfect 'meg' look.
