A couple weekends ago I went to visit my best friend from college and we went apple picking at Johnny Appleseed Farm in Ellington! It was the first day where it really felt like Fall so I had to layer with a vest!  It's always so much fun catching up with friends after being apart for a while.

Vest: Ella Moss (Marshalls), Sweater: Marc by Marc Jacobs (Saks Off Fifth), Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Flats: Chanel (eBay), Sunglasses Ray Ban Aviator via Ditto Endless Eyewear [Use code CLOSETFASHIONENDLESSDITTO for your first month free]

  1. Looks like a fun day. I saw my first apple tree ever about 4 years ago, picked so many apples and then did not know what to do with them ! as I had to travel back home and could not take them with me.

  4. I always say the best weekend to go apple picking is one that requires the lightest layers possible. Also, I love the name of the farm!

  5. That last photo is so fun! :) I've never been apple picking, although I have been strawberry picking. I think you can go pineapple picking near us, but I've never been!

    Hope you're having a fantastic week :)
