{outfit} Pumpkin Patch Take 2

  Monday, October 23, 2017 at 7:30 AM   |    Post a Comment     Tagged:,,,,,,,,
I had much nicer weather on my second trip to the pumpkin patch this year. I went on a Friday so there weren't as many people as there are on the weekends but there were 2 school buses full of little kids picking out their pumpkins. I got a HUUUUGE pumpkin this year, normally I go for a smaller size but this year I was in the mood for a giant $20 pumpkin. Know what I mean?

  1. Love your cosy cardi, what a great layer for cooler weather! :) These are beautiful photos too.

You did get a massive pumpkin - that will be a lot of fun to decorate! :)

I hope that you have had a lovely weekend! Warmer here today, which is nice after a cold week last week, but the rain is back which isn't so good!

  2. Oooh, your pumpkin is perfect! Are you going to carve it? And I think that shirt was the perfect choice for wearing to a pumpkin patch.

    1. Already carved! And since it's so warm it died already, haha....so sad.

    2. It died? Oh no! Maybe that is why we have a long standing tradition of carving ours on halloween. Not procrastination or anything like that...

    3. Yea....sadly had to carve it the day I got it because my boyfriend and I did it together and he was leaving the next day, haha! We enjoyed the experience and that's all that matters. XD

  3. Oh this is so cute and you match the pumpkins !
I have always loved the making of the jack-o-lanterns but wonder, do you eat the pumpkin content or do you just throw it away ? It may sound off but I feel bad that nobody seems to eat it...

    1. We eat the seeds but nothing else. I'm not a pumpkin flavored fan so I don't eat pies or anything, haha.

    2. Most of the pumpkins don't even taste that good - in fact when we buy our canned pumpkin to make pies and breads it's not actually pumpkin, but winter squash!

  6. Your pumpkin looks perfect - I really like the stem, always a key element in pumpkin selection. I also love your red bag.
