Another day, another comfy oversized sweater. I wish I had counted every time I wore this sweater because I'm pretty sure its one of the most worn items in my closet. When I first bought it I wore it at least once a week and every time I went on a plane it was my outerwear of choice because I could wear it like a blanket.  The past couple years I haven't worn it as much, because I've been trying to wear less-worn pieces in my closet, but it's still way up there in wears.

Cardigan: DKNY Oversized striped knitted cardigan (Net-a-Porter Sale), Sweater: Everlane The Fall Seed Stitch Raglan, Jeans: rag & bone (Shopbop), Boots: Audrey Brooke 'Mirie' (DSW), Sunglasses: Chanel, Bag: Dark Purple Chloé Faye (eBay), Necklace: Marrin Costello, Hat: Kensington Palace gift shop

*Onecklace gifted the piece featured in this post, but all opinions are my own.

Now that we're nearing the middle of November, it's time to start thinking more seriously about holiday gifts! For those ladies on your list that are hard to shop for, I recommend checking out the specialty jewelry at oNecklace. The snowflake necklace I'm wearing here is the perfect gift for someone who is particular about their jewelry and wants a more custom piece without it needing to be engraved with their name or their birthstone on it; which oNecklace also offers! See some posts of me wearing their name and birthstone jewelry here and here.

You're able to choose your metal, chain length, chain style and clasp! For my snowflake necklace I chose rose gold plating, 20 inch ROLO chain and a lobster clasp. I'm a huge fan of lobster clasps because they're far easier than those pesky spring clasps most necklaces come with. The necklace is nice and thin and I love the detailing of the snowflake's crystals.

I've been blog neglecting this cardigan a bit over the last year or so. I got it in January 2015 and wore it CONSTANTLY, it became my default airplane outfit and I loved wearing it. But I guess I thought I wore it too much and stopped wearing it as much. It hasn't been on the blog since last November (in a similar outfit) but I've worn it at least a few times in the past year, I swear!

Cardigan: DKNY Oversized striped knitted cardigan (Net-a-Porter Sale), Cashmere Turtleneck: Vince (Marshalls), Jeans: Everlane high-rise skinny jean in mid-blue, Ankle Boots: Candie's c/o Kohl's (also here),  Bag: Etienne Aigner (thrifted), Snowflake Necklace c/o oNecklace

I was a little crazy on our last day in Montreal and wore my heeled boots even though I knew we would be "hiking" up Mount Royal. But here's the thing, they're actually pretty comfortable and they have a grippy bottom which would help if there was slippery ground (which there was...plus some mud.) I was more bothered by the fact that I'm super out of shape and could barely breathe while walking up. The shoes weren't too bad, except when we decided to go off the paved path down a hill, that's dicey even in flat shoes, ha ha. But I survived and got one heck of a calf/thigh workout! Totally worth it.

I love the colors of this cropped sweater, they're so perfectly fall and go with pretty much everything in my closet so it's easy to layer. I actually found one on eBay if anyone is a size small!

Crop Top Sweater: Zara, Sweater Dress: Miss Selfridge (Lord & Taylor), Faux-Suede Leggings: H&M, Boots: Cordani (Roundabout),  Wedding Band: Sofia Zakia Altair Ring (Catbird), Engagement Ring: Custom Sofia Zakia Wandering Star Ring, Opal

Coat: DKNY (old), Hat: bought at Kensington Palace, Scarf: NOMA (now LOUMA)

I hope all my readers in the US had a nice long weekend! I spent my Monday (and today) watching Layla for my cousins. You all may remember I used to live with her (and my cousins) up until they decided to move to a different town last September. I've missed her quite a bit so it was fun to have a little sleepover with her in our house!

We've had a couple cooler days this past week but this was worn on another scorcher. I realized I haven't worn this romper on the blog all Summer! Poor thing not getting blog love this year. I think I've worn it a couple other times but wasn't in the mood for photos on those days.

Romper: DKNY Batik Print Romper (Clinton Crossing), Sandals: Ancient Greek Sandals 'Clio', Sunglasses: Chanel, Necklace: BubuRuby (etsy)

I wore this on Saturday to go on a shopping and ramen trip with a friend. If I told someone I was going to wear stripes with leopard print they would think I was insane. But after seeing this look they would (hopefully) be converted! The trick to not looking totally crazy while mixing prints is to wear the same color family.

Imagine this look with a regular leopard print. I would look like a total weirdo, right? But since I paired burgundy leopard print with a stripe that also has burgundy, it doesn't look nearly as strange. I bet I still got some stares while walking through Marshalls, but I don't care!

Cardigan: DNKY (Net-a-Porter), Cashmere Turtleneck: Vince (Marshalls), Leopard Print Jeans: Current/Elliott (Rue La La), Two Tone Flats: Chanel (eBay), Bag: Dark Purple Chloé Faye (eBay)

I only managed to take 2 sets out outfit photos while on vacation a couple weeks ago. I ended up spending a lot of time working in our hotel and the rest sweating like a maniac in the theme parks, I only lasted a few hours each outing - except for Disney day - ha ha. This romper always joins me on my travels. It's just so easy to throw on for a day of running around in the heat. It will be a sad day when it gets worn out.  Thanks to my three lovely friends Rosie, Amy and Stephanie for help with these photos!

Romper: DKNY (Clinton Crossing), Sandals: Sam Edelman c/o ThredUp, Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Erika'
