I wanted to wear these boots one last time before they go away until next Winter so I chose this throwback outfit since it is a liiiittle more Springy. The bright red definitely lifts up my spirits when wearing it but the off-white vest tones it down a bit. Sadly the alligator brooch from the original look broke a few years ago so it just sits on my dresser instead of on my clothes.

Here's what I wore for our second Easter celebration. This dress is definitely in my top 3 of all my dresses. I just love the whimsical print and the fitted top. I wore it SOOO many times the first year I bought it and have slowed down it's wears the past few years. But I think this Spring/Summer I'm going to bring it out some more. It has made some memorable trips with me though. It came to the Press Preview of Diagon Alley at Universal Orlando, on a trip to Paris a couple years ago and to Italy last May. Who knows where it will go next!

You also get a lot of detail shots today because my photographer was feeling ambitious and it was actually warm enough to spend more than 5 minutes outside. Special appearance by my sister's dog, Teddy! Such a cutie! (He's a Shiba Inu for those curious folk)

Paris Map Dress: Carven (YOOX), Blazer: Gap, Sandals: Cole Haan 'Minetta' (Amazon), Sunglasses: Chanel (bought in Greece), Necklace: BubuRuby, Rings: Lumo 'Violet', Mejuri 'Stellar', Moon Magic 'Eclipse', Moon Magic 'Petite Double', vintage

As usual we had Easter on two separate days so I got to wear two different outfits. I have had this outfit in mind since I got both of these pieces at my Banana Republic Factory styling event. Unfortunately the shirt got a bit wrinkled from being packed and the pants are a little looser than I'd like, but overall I still like the look. I tried to add a bit of dimension by rolling up the hem, but not sure it worked the way I wanted it to. This is the first time I'm wearing the shirt, I'm not sure what took me so long to wear it, but it's been worn now!

Happy end of March!! I was successful with my now buying clothes/accessories this month! I did add a couple pieces thanks to a collaboration with Azaggi Jewelry. Let's see if I can continue my streak with a no spend April! I'm trying really hard to curb ALL my spending the next few months (except for a trip to Florida I've had planned and a quick New York City visit for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.) More info on why at a later date.

How is it already almost the end of March?! The beginning of the year has flown by so quickly! For this week's throwback I tried to go for a liiiittle bit more of a Springy look even though it was still chilly out. This dress is from the height of my Marc Jacobs obsession. I scored it for $27 on eBay and wore it to DEATH. Now it mostly sits in my closet because it's loosened a bit with age, ha ha.

Dress: Marc by Marc Jacobs (eBay), Blazer: Jones New York, Booties: No.704b. (DSW)

I'm not usually one to wear red but for I asked for this fun Everlane sweater for Christmas this year and decided to go with the red rather than black, white or green (I asked for a different Everlane sweater in green.) I love the wider sleeve and the rib detailing at the end of the sleeves, bottom and  neck. Small details like this make clothes look so expensive, don't you think? It also has a slight cropped fit which makes it totally different from any of my other sweaters. If you're going to go red, might as well go big too, right?

Sweater: Everlane 'Wool-Cashmere Square Crew', Jeans: Genetic Denim, Necklace: Indulgems (Gilt), Bag: Emm Kuo 'Calle Bahia' (Roundabout Resale), Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Emma' (Marshalls), Slip-on Sneaker: BCBGeneragion Yerra (DSW, also in tan)

I wore this over the weekend to go shopping and out to lunch with my brother. I behaved and didn't buy anything, woo! It was still a little chilly but I wanted to add a bit of brightness to my outfit so I wore my bright green sweater under a cape for some Spring layering. I also wore these brighter blue skinny jeans instead of my darker washes. Not totally Spring, but we're getting there!

Cashmere Cape: b chyll (Roundabout), Sweater: French Connection c/o Marshalls, Jeans: J Brand 'Maria' high rise skinny in Blueberry (The Real Real), Loafer: Burberry Prorsum (Net-a-Porter, another pair), Sunglasses: Gucci, Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon)
