Christopher Bailey has done it again. He proves time and time again that he can create something new and interesting for Burberry Prorsum. This season he showed hand-painted bags and shoes along with gorgeous printed dresses and jackets! For the final walk the models even had monogrammed capes, I need one, too bad they'll probably be $1400! It's almost like the collection is a hippie version of the classic Burberry we know. It's the same silhouettes, but more free-flowing and flowery.

Wow - these are amazing. I hadn't seen this collection yet but it's really striking.

I have to say that I didn't love this show as much as previous ones.
ReplyDeleteThe only mental note I took from it is to reproduce coats with belts and scarfs tied under the belt too.

Your right: a hippie version of the 'normal' burberry. Never thought if it that way!
