I can never seem to make it a whole month without buying something! This month it was a pair of jeans. They're not necessarily a "new" item because it is an exact replacement of a pair I currently own. I originally bought these Le Skinny de Jeanne jeans in April 2015 from Shopbop and they have been worn soooooo many times. When I bought them they were a major splurge at $141 (retail $189) but proved to be a worthy purchase. (According to my Wardrobe Update that month I used $100 in a gift card so they were $40) This time I scored them for $30!

My Mom has already had to patch my current pair once because a seam started tearing at the back. FRAME still makes this same style but I really love the wash I bought and wanted the exact same color to replace my current pair. I think I've been searching for over a year. There was a false alarm at the end of last year where I bought a pair and the seller never sent them - UGH! This time I was successful and the pair looks like it has never been worn! I'll obviously keep my current pair because they have wear left, but I feel better knowing I have a pair waiting in the wings.

I can't believe it is already December.  For the first time in what feels like forever, I'm sharing an outfit! This year has been so strange and I hate that I haven't been sharing many outfits. But I haven't been going many places other than the grocery store and when we do that Christian doesn't want to stop off to take photos very often. I wore this for an outside distanced visit with my parents and siblings in early November. It was nice to be around people besides Christian for a change, ha ha.

P.S. How gorgeous is this tree? My parents planted it the year my sister was born so its 2 years older than me, ha ha. It always looks super pretty in Fall.

Vest: Ella Moss 'Nico Faux Fur Vest' (Marshalls), Striped Sweater: Madewell waffle knit sweater, Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Ankle Books: Vince Camuto 'Davilla' (Marshalls), Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Erika' c/o Shopbop

Happy Valentine's Day!! I've never been a huge celebrator of the holiday apart from eating some chocolate with heart designs on the packaging since I was chronically single my whole life. Now that I'm married it hasn't changed too much. I got a dorky card for Christian and one of those Oreo dunking sets because he is obsessed with Oreos. We'll go out to lunch tomorrow but nothing super fancy, just a normal weekend meal out. I'm not even making anything fancy for dinner tonight because I'm lazy.

Looks like it's Madewell sweater week on the blog, this is another one I've had for quite some time (since 2011!) I keep it around for occasions where I need a punch of red. These jeans are getting closer to being out of my closet, there is a small hole on the butt area that I'm having my mom put a patch behind but not sure how much longer they'll last. That's why I bought a similar pair by J Brand last month. I still want another pair of this cut from FRAME because they fit like a dream!

Sweater: Madewell (more Madewell sweaters),  Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Leopard Loafers c/o Joie 'Dylan' leopard loafer (more Joie shoes)

A comfortable weekend look worn to hang out at my Grandma's on Sunday. Sadly the baby was sick so my main source of entertainment - kids - was gone. Luckily, Layla came with my cousin so I was able to bug her for a few hours. It's almost her 11th birthday...CRAZY! (My cousin rescued her when she was 4 and I lived with them for 5 years, time flies!) I haven't been going to his new house to steal her as often as I would like because I'm lazy, but I'll have to grab her soon!

For some reason whenever I wear this grey faux fur vest I find myself wanting to pair it with my Marc Jacobs mouse flats. If it's not broke, don't fix it, I guess.

Vest: Ella Moss 'Nico Faux Fur Vest' (Marshalls - in black), Sweater: FRAME Ribbed wool & cashmere-blend (Net-a-Porter), Jeans: Genetic Denim 'Shya' in Aztec (mine are blue on blue), Mouse Flats: Marc by Marc Jacobs Metallic Mouse Flats (Shopbop)

I do love wearing new pieces for the first time! In this case it's a new-to-me sweater jacket from Rag & Bone. I wore it to a meeting and then dinner at my parents a couple weeks ago. I got it for around $30 in Roundabout's end of season sale and found a bunch available on The Real Real (in the widget below the post!) I tried to make my outfit less Wintery by wearing my Marc Jacobs mouse flats, but it was still rather chilly!

Jacket: Rag & Bone Leather Trimmed Wool Jacket (Roundabout), Sweater: Everlane The Fall Seed Stitch Raglan, Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Mouse Flats: Marc by Marc Jacobs Metallic Mouse Flats (Shopbop)

Last week we had a teeny bit of Spring weather when not flanked by snowy days. I wore this to run a few errands and for a quick stop in the park on my lunch break. Some flowers are trying to come out but I'm not sure how long they'll stick around if we keep getting snow (even if it melts by the afternoon!) It is still chilly out there so rather than a tee I wore a sweater underneath my blazer.

You'll have noticed a lot more detail shots in the past couple weeks of outfit photos. I finally let my dad retire from taking my photos (he is a hobby photographer, but I didn't want to make him take too many photos) and my new photographer insists on taking detail shots; I won't complain! We took a bunch of my Chloe Faye in the flowers, it was so hard to narrow down my favorites!

Blazer: Chanel (Roundabout Resale), Sweater: Frame ribbed wool & cashmere (NET-A-PORTER), Jeans: Everlane "The High-Rise Skinny Jean" in Mid-Blue, Suede Mules: Franco Sarto 'Dolly (DSW), Sunglasses: Gucci, Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon), Bag: Dark Purple Chloé Faye (eBay), Rings: Lumo 'Violet', Mejuri 'Stellar', Moon Magic 'Eclipse', Moon Magic 'Petite Double'

Welcome to Florida week! As you will have seen on Instagram or last week's posts, I was in Florida at the end of last month for some Harry Potter and Disney fun! My first three days were spent at Universal Orlando, the following two at Disney and then a day at the hotel before an evening flight.  This is what I wore on the first day. It was warm, but still cool enough that this Frame sweater came in handy. During the day I was a bit warm but as it got more into the evening it cooled down and I was grateful for the long sleeves.

Sweater: FRAME Ribbed wool & cashmere-blend (Net-a-Porter), Jeans: Everlane "The High-Rise Skinny Jean" in Mid-Blue, Sandals: Ancient Greek Sandals 'Alethea' (bought in Greece), Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Erika', Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon)

This is one of my favorite sweaters. It's nice and thick but still comfortable. It looks great with everything too! I remember I was so excited when I saw Jamie-Lee was selling it from her closet, she wore it better than I do though. And since it's almost Star Wars: The Last Jedi time (December 15th!!!) I decided to throw a little Star Wars to my outfit with my cute R2D2 pendant necklace!

Sweater: Witchery (Jamie-Lee's blog shop), Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Loafer: Burberry Prorsum (Net-a-Porter, another pair), Bag: Dark Purple Chloé Faye (eBay), R2D2 Necklace c/o Kohl's

I wore this last weekend for a trip to Terrain and Home Goods with my parents. Since there werne't many people shopping outside when we arrived I decided to have my Dad take some outfit pictures. We took some by more flowers & trees but the sun kind of messed with those shots, so these will have to do.

I'm so glad I was finally able to wear this sweater I bought in Net-a-Porter's July sale. It's a wool and cashmere blend so its suuuuuper soft! And I love the ribbed style, it's different sizes throughout.

Sweater: FRAME (Net-a-Porter), Pants: Blank NYC 'Persuede' (South Moon Under), Floral Mules: Kelly & Katie "Amour" (DSW), Bag: Chloé Faye (eBay), Sunglasses: Gucci (bought in Italy), Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon)

Here is another outfit where I only had 2 of the pieces left in my closet. I'm only wearing one in this recreation because I'm not a huge fan of the sandals, not sure why I'm holding on to them still...perhaps it's time to let them go.

Blazer: Jones New York (Burlington), Top: MICHAEL Michael Kors (Lord & Taylor), Jeans: FRAME 'Le Skinny de Jeanne' (Shopbop), Sandals: Mula c/o Marshalls
