Okay, so I'm not rich, but I am wearing rich colors ;) I love these purple pants so much but whenever I sit down they ride up really far on my leg so I should probably stop wearing them to work because I sit down most of the day...depressing! Today was my first day without my boss, it wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be but I still barely had a moment to breathe.  This should be very interesting, hopefully things don't go terribly wrong...

Pants: ASOS $35, Tee: American Eagle, Blazer: Moschino Cheap & Chic (eBay) $37, Flats: Liz Claiborne (DSW) gift, Watch: Michael Kors, Purse: Marc by Marc Jacobs

Yesterday's outfit was inspired by Natalie of Natalie Off Duty, one of my favorite looks of hers! It is such a nice basic look that anyone can wear.  I decided to wear one of my favorite blazers, it is by Moschino Cheap & Chic and I got on eBay last year for a steal!  This is my first time wearing this crazy scarf by Yarnz, I got it as a gift from Net-a-Porter at their Affiliate Tea in July.  The print is quite odd, seeing as it has designers' faces all over it, but when its on you can't tell. I did have a bit of fun with it in my photos though...I could be a designer ghost for Halloween!

Accidentally got a car in the first shot, but the other shots like this were bad. Click to enlarge

Blazer: Moschino Cheap & Chic (eBay) $37, Tank: Forever 21 $5, Jeans: American Eagle $0, Boots: Vintage (eBay) $11, Rings: Forever 21, Scarf: Yarnz c/o Net-a-Porter, Watch: Michael Kors, Purse: Marc by Marc Jacobs

I got these vintage boots off eBay a couple years ago and didn't wear them much at first. I liked them, but that was back when I was in college, a Closet Fashionista still dressing to conform...which is how this blog got its title! I decided I was going to come out of my closet and dress how I wanted ;) So now I wear them a lot more but I've never photographed them really well for the blog so here are some more shots.
Last week Moschino showed both of their Pre-Fall collections.  They were both full of color and great separates that you can mix and match for tons of great outfits! My favorites from each are below. Click to see them larger.

Well this week was quite insane...I'm sorry I didn't write yesterday but I had so much to do so I didn't have time for a post.  But starting today I should be back on track! :D  So before I get to my outfits: Who is going to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I tonight!??  My review is posted on my Potter site, the interviews I did aren't up yet. I wonder what's taking the other site so long to upload it, I sent them the edited video and everything....

Anyway, here are my outfits from this week (including what I wore in NYC since I never broke own what I wore) As you can see I had my mom shorten that maroon Marc by Marc Jacobs dress, I like it much better now.  I also wore my R2 wedges too much :p

I can't hold you all in suspense any longer, so here is the reveal of the items I posted yesterday! A few people guessed some stuff right, so yay for you! I didn't think people would actually like the post, glad I went through with it, haha.  I can't remember prices for most of them, so I guessed.  Be prepared to see these pieces a lot!

American Eagle Sweater ($20?): I got this a few years ago and it has gotten lots of use. It is sooo comfortable, and its my favorite color ;)
Charlotte Russe Skirt ($20?) I got this to wear two Christmases ago and sadly it hasn't been worn since. But this year that will change when I pair it with tights and my awesome No.704b. booties!
Kelly and Katie Boots ($40?) I got these as a Christmas gift last year and I LOVE them.  They are very comfortable and can give dresses an edgier look!
Marc Jacobs Jacket ($80) This was one of my first designer "splurges" (even though it was way cheaper than retail). I had been looking for it for a few years since Emma Watson wore it in grey and finally found it in my size on eBay in 2006 so I scooped it up, it arrived 2 days before Christmas, so of course I wore it on Christmas.  I wear this SOO much, good thing velvet is one of the major trends this season!
Moschino Cheap & Chic Blazer ($32) One of the items you guys have seen on the blog already but I haven't worn it yet.  I am so excited to pair this with dresses, jeans, and whatever else I fancy! (Someone on eBay is trying to get it from me, but I won't take them up on their offer unless they are willing to pay A LOT more than I paid ;) ) I can't wait to wear this!
Theory Dress ($29) My most recent purchase and definitely a bargain!  I am going to wear this to work alot even though it is a bit dressy. Everyone at work already knows I'm a fashion geek so they are used to weird pieces. So I figure why not just wear whatever I want since they think I'm coocoo already.

On Saturday my Moschino Cheap and Chic jacket arrived in the mail! But I didn't get to open it and try it on until 11pm!  I had to babysit at 4 and the mail was really late so it hadn't come yet.  So when I came home I RAN upstairs and found the package, opened nice and slow and pulled out the GORGEOUS navy blue jacket.  I tried it on nervously, and it fit me PERFECT, I fell totally in love!  Here are some photos (not very good, I did them fast):
The listing said it was a lot darker than the photos, which showed the jacket as purple, so I wasn't sure what to expect with the color, but it is great!  Sadly it is a lot heavier than I thought so I won't be able to wear it until the Fall, but when I can it will get a LOT of use!  So a lot of bang for my buck at only $32.32, as opposed to over $1000 normally!

First, I was a bad girl, yet again *changes timer from 5 days to 0*, & got something on eBay. I found a navy blue (darker than the photos, though I'd prefer the color in the photos), Moschino Cheap & Chic blazer for $32.32 (that's with shipping). I'm guessing it retails for over $1000 (anyone know?), so pretty awesome deal.  I should give up on my spending freeze, especially since I'm having a shopping day next week when my cousins visit from Ohio (Good Will, DSW, Mashalls...)
In other news...another favorite site of mine, Gilt is having two awesome sales, first T by Alexander Wang which started last night at 9pm. Head over here to join Gilt and check out the sale!  Here are some of the pieces I would have liked to purchase, I had to resist though...*sigh*: ($59, $49 and $45 respectively)
The JEFFREY CAMPBELL sale today at 12pm EST!  Check out the sale! (let me know if you buy something!)  I won't be able to buy anything but I will still drool over the shoes and great prices they will have!  Here are some of my favorite Jeffrey shoes (these may or may not be in the sale, they don't have a preview):
LASTLY, you will notice the fun graphic on the right side of the blog.  This is part of Coach's Poppy Project!  All you have to do is retweet this to help it grow:
