This is the first outfit that popped in my head when I thought about styling these boots I first posted last week. So far these boots are down to $6 per wear (I paid $12,) and I only need to wear them 10 more times to be at the optimal $1 per wear many strive for. I do love a good deal! Especially one that perfectly matches my Chloé Faye.

Turtleneck Sweater: Inis Crafts (Marshalls), Jeans: rag & bone skinny jean in Iris (Shopbop), Necklace: House of Harlow 1960 'Five Station Blackened Arrowhead' (South Moon Under), Patchwork Boots: Impo 'Omega' (DSW), Bag: Chloé Faye (eBay)

I decided to go blue on blue on blue with a hint of purple and leopard print for a lunch and shopping date with friends. You can never have too much monochrome, right?

Tee: Everlane, Corduroys: Abercrombie, Leopard Loafers c/o Joie 'Dylan', Necklace: House of Harlow 1960 'Station' c/o South Moon Under, Sunglasses: Gucci, Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon), Bag: Chloé Faye (eBay)

Can you believe it's already August! Insane how fast the Summer is flying by.  As a secondary post to last week where I mentioned I hardly ever wear white, I decided to break out my white Mother denim jeans. I bought these during my partnership with Marshalls back in 2014 where they asked me to wear something I normally wouldn't feel confident enough to wear. I've tried to wear them at least once a year since then. This time I wore them with some brighter colored pieces.

Leopard Tank Top: Marc by Marc Jacobs c/o ThredUp, White Jeans: Mother Denim 'The Rascal' Crop c/o Marshalls, Espadrilles: Sam Edelman 'Lars' (NET-A-PORTER), Sunglasses: Chanel, Necklace: House of Harlow (South Moon Under)

Here's what I wore for our Christmas Day celebrations! We headed to my Grandmothers as we do most Sundays but this one was more exciting because it was Christmas! Duhhh! My cousins from Ohio came in and it was my cousin's baby's first Christmas! Babies always add more excitement to holidays, don't they?

I'm headed off to London tonight so I'll say Happy New Year now! I won't be posting, except for my December wardrobe update, so I'll see you when I get back! Be sure to keep up with my travels on Instagram!

Fur Vest: Romeo & Juliet Couture (from Lydia), Cashmere Sweater: Vince (Marshalls), Pants: Blank (South Moon Under), Boots: Chloe (Roundabout Resale)

I was going to call this "Coffee Break," but since I got hot chocolate (and don't drink coffee) I think my choice is more appropriate. I wore this last weekend for a long overdue meetup with Lydia and Christine. We hadn't seen Christine since before she had her ADORABLE baby last year so it was great to catch up, and meet her daughter.

It was actually a super warm day so I didn't need to bring the nice chunky sweater that matched perfectly with my look. I did throw it on for a few photos though. My Lanvin sandals perfectly matched with these jeans so I was super pumped! I'm hoping to get a few more wears out of these before it gets too cold, maybe I'll wear them with socks! ;)

I'm also looking forward to many more wears for this Saint Laurent patchwork blouse! This is only it's 4th appearance on the blog since buying it last January but I've worn it at least 6 times bringing it's cost per wear down to a (still high) $58. Now that we're getting into cooler temperatures I can bring it out more and more!  The sandals, on the other hand are down to $45 (or less) and I've only had them since July.

Sweater: Cocogio (Marshalls), Patchwork Blouse: Saint Laurent (eBay), Suede Jeans: Blank NYC (South Moon Under), Suede Sandals: Lanvin (Net-a-Porter), Bag: Emm Kuo (Roundabout Resale), Sunglasses: Prada via Ditto Endless Eyewear, Necklace: Marrin Costello

Wearing black doesn't have to be boring, and it isn't! I may be in all black (except the bit of gray in my sweater) but the details make the look. The zipper detailing on the jeans adds a fun touch and the black and gold necklace is a perfect pop over my black tee. So forget all those people that say wearing black makes you boring! Black is the best!

I hope everyone who celebrates has a Happy Easter this weekend! We will be celebrating on Saturday and Sunday with each side of the family, ha ha. But you know what that means: two Easter outfits! WOO!

Cardigan: Charlotte Russe c/o Tanger, Tee: Cullen (Rue La La), Jeans: J Brand c/o Marshalls, Flats: Chanel (Roundabout Resale), Necklace: House of Harlow (South Moon Under)

I keep forgetting I have these crazy awesome suede pants in my closet. I just gravitate toward my jeans so often that I don't think about my other pant options. I call these my swishy pants because they make a funny noise whenever I move, ha ha. This top was a buy during Piperlime's closeout sale. It was the piece in the order I was most excited about but it gets the least wear. I've only worn it one or two other times. But I'm liking the mix of textures when you mix the velvet, smooth "silk" and suede!

Cardigan: Banana Republic c/o Westfield Trumbull, Top: Piperlime, Suede Pants: Blank (South Moon Under), Sandals: Franco Sarto (DSW), Necklace: Madewell

How is it December already?! I still feel like Halloween was yesterday but Thanksgiving has come and gone. Before I get to my two Thanksgiving outfits, here's one featuring my new cashmere sweater! I bought it with a gift card I got from returning a sweater from my birthday (it didn't fit right.)  I probably could have gotten this in an XS, but I like the looser fit, more cozy.  These faux suede pants are super soft so combining them with the cashmere was a no brainer! Super comfortable but chic at the same time, I'm sold! Plus, how can you go wrong with navy and army green?

This necklace is also new thanks to a gift card I got to Luisaviaroma at the RewardStyle NYFW party back in September. I couldn't decide on what to buy that was over the gift card amount so in the end I chose to pick up this necklace for just under $100 after a discount rather than forking over my own money for a pair of mules I liked. What can I say? I'm cheap.

Cashmere Sweater: Vince (Marshalls), Pants: Blank NYC (South Moon Under), Heels: Simply Vera by Vera Wang c/o Kohl's, Necklace: Isabel Marant c/o Luisaviaroma, Bag c/o Orox Leather

I've never been a huge ombre fan, but a couple weekends ago Lydia and I went to an event at the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods Casino where we had a gift card to buy as many sweaters as we could and I found this at Charlotte Russe for only $11! It's super soft and the price was right so I figured I'd try it out.

Tee: Everlane, Sweater: Charlotte Russe c/o Tanger Outlets, Jeans: Free People, Loafers: Burberry Prorsum (Net-a-Porter Sale), Necklace: House of Harlow c/o South Moon Under

Happy October!! I'm slowly easing in to wearing boots starting with this lighter pair. I don't think I'm ready for my taller boots yet, but I may change my mind tomorrow and break them out!  These early Fall days are perfect for my favorite outfit combination: a simple (or not so simple) sweater and jeans. In this case suede jeans I bought in Spring and was only able to wear once because temperatures warmed up!

This outfit also features the results of my Irresistible Me's Sapphire Curling Wand review.

Sweater: Anthropologie, Pants: Blank NYC (South Moon Under), Boots: Chloe (Roundabout Resale)
