I misbehaved this month and did some shopping when I was invited to a preview of the new Boscov's location in Milford! I got a couple sweaters and cute pearl Mickey earrings! It could have been a lot worse because they have such great deals, so I'm still counting it as a win.

I also bought a couple clothing items on my birthday trip to Disney. But I used gift money on those and am not including them in this update. I got an Epcot Food & Wine Festival tee, Toy Story Land sweatshirt and an Eve hoodie (I bought Christian the matching Wall-E hoodie.)

And I I FINALLY found my backup pair of Vince Camuto Davilla ankle boots on Poshmark. I had to buy them again because my current ones are dying after being VERY loved for 4 years. They've been all over the world and walked hundreds (seriously, at least 100) of miles with me. I used ad money that was just added to my PayPal. Perfect!

I went to Disney a week and a half ago to celebrate my 30th birthday and my friend Kristen and I went to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. It's an event held a few nights a week from August to October. You get to stay at the park late (the party is from 7pm - midnight and normal guests leave the park at 6) to go Trick-or-Treating, meet with characters for photos and some of the rides have added Halloween fun! There's also a special Hocus Pocus show, Boo To You Halloween Parade and Halloween aka HalloWishes fireworks!

The party was so much fun and totally worth the extra money for a ticket. We got TONS of candy to bring home and enjoy until Halloween. Even if you don't have a theme park ticket for the day, you are able to go in to the parks beginning at 4pm. So this is a cheaper option to get into the park and with less people during the party. But I will say getting into the park around this time will be a mad house of people. But once you're in it's a pleasant amount of people.

With just over a week left until Halloween there's not much time left to figure out your costume! Here's a super easy costume to put together with just a few items. For the party I decided to be one of my favorite characters - Sorcerer Mickey! My Sorcerer Mickey costume couldn't be easier. All I needed was a red dress, gold cord, tights and boots. You'll also want a blue witches hat to put stars, a moon and ears on. I got mine at Disney World ready made.

I wanted my dress to look like Sorcerer Mickey's cape so I found a dress with wider sleeves that fit the bill perfectly. It's on sale for under $10 right now, and I only paid $14, quite the steal! To replicate his pants I just wore blue tights and then my black boots because they are the most comfortable to walk around in. While searching for the boots for this post I FINALLY found my size on Poshmark so I had to buy them again because these are dying after being VERY loved for 4 years. They've been all over the world and walked hundreds (seriously, at least 100) of miles with me. I used ad money that was just added to my PayPal. So perfect!

Red Dress: ASOS, Belt: Gold Metallic Twisted Cord, Boots: Vince Camuto 'Davilla' (Marshalls), Sorcerer Mickey Ear Hat from Disney, Sunglasses: Ray Ban 'Erika', Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon), Bag: Dooney & Bourke 2017 Sorcerer Mickey Disney Shopper Tote (eBay)

And some more photos from the party.

I wore this to the Boscov's blogger preview last week and can't believe this was my first time wearing this combo. Perhaps its because I always want to pair this top with jeans. Anyway, it feels so perfectly Fall and I can't wait to bring this Saint Laurent patchwork blouse back into rotation! It's one of my favorite statement pieces because it's so wild. This was also my first wear of my favorite booties this season! I still haven't unpacked the rest of my boots and tall boots but all in good time! Probably when I get home from Florida next week.

We spent so much time shopping that I had to rush home to work and couldn't stay to take outfit pictures with Lydia. Luckily I have my trusty home photographer and we shot some quickly in the backyard.

Silk Patchwork Blouse: Saint Laurent (eBay), Leather skirt: Sienna Style (Coco's $10 sale), Boots: Vince Camuto 'Davilla' (Marshalls), Bag: Emm Kuo 'Calle Bahia' (Roundabout), Sunglasses: Gucci

This outfit doesn't totally scream Spring but I think it has a small touch of it since I'm in "lighter" layers than I have been the past couple weeks. I won't complain too much though because this day was still pretty nice out and we had some sun! I wore this for a day of running errands - aka going to Stew Leonard's and Trader Joe's, two of my favorite places to splurge on groceries!

I haven't worn my Chanel on the blog in a while so enjoy some nice detail shots of it! I'll never get over how gorgeous it is. And the leather is just sooooo smooth. *drools*

Boyfriend Cardigan: 3.1 Phillip Lim x Target, Sweater: Madewell, Jeans: Mother (Marshalls), Boots: Vince Camuto 'Davilla' (Marshalls), Necklace: Azaggi Jewelry Round Crescent Moon, Sunglasses: Gucci, Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon), Bag: Chanel Classic 2.55 Double Flap (Madison Avenue Couture)

I wore this last Friday for a quick afternoon/early evening trip to New York City to meet up with some out of towners. We walked to a few of the touristy places (Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, etc.) and also went to a place I had recently found out about because they sell Dō cookie dough. It's an underground market near Columbus Circle called Turnstyle. I went in hoping to buy a few tubs of cookie dough but they charged TWELVE DOLLARS! WHAT?! (I didn't remember them being so expensive when I ordered online last year) I only bought one to satisfy my craving. We also had a quick slice of pizza while there to tide us over for ramen at Tabata Ramen later in the evening.

I wasn't in the mood to wear something super stylish so I went the other NYC route, basic black and jeans plus a designer bag for punch.

Sweater: Everlane 'the cashmere crop v-neck', Jeans: J Brand 'Maria' High Rise in Supreme (Gilt Groupe),  Boots: Vince Camuto (Marshalls), Bag: Dark Purple Chloé Faye (eBay), Sunglasses: Gucci, Eyeglasses chain: Tinksky (Amazon), Necklace c/o Uncommon Goods, Rings: Lumo 'Violet', Mejuri 'Stellar', Moon Magic 'Eclipse', Moon Magic 'Petite Double', vintage

The last day of our trip was also the coldest day, so it was a good thing I had this big sweater for when I got home. Our last day was packed, we started off at Animal Kingdom just before 9am, then headed to Epcot around noon and finally Hollywood Studios around 5! We were on a mission and succeeded. Originally I had planned for us to go on the new Avatar ride but we couldn't get a Fast Pass and didn't want to wait three hours so we decided we could use that time at Hollywood Studios to see the new Star Wars A Galactic Spectacular fireworks show instead!

I think my favorite part of the day was seeing the new tiger cubs at Animal Kingdom! We watched them for at least 20 minutes, sooooo adorable! And yes, that is a popcorn bucket hanging from my purse, haha!
