We are now officially back to fashion posts, are you excited? :p Spring is slowly starting to peak it's head out here in New England...but it has been mixed with icky rain.  We had 2 gorgeous days this week and 2 nasty ones...hopefully today is another good one. I don't have a picture of the outfit that I am wearing today because I didn't have time to take a photo last night, so I may post it next week or not at all (I had an online Harry Potter press thing, and then my tv shows and other junk and I forgot to put on my outfit to take a photo, ha ha, but its boring anyway)

The weekend I got back from Florida I headed straight for New York City (well...Sunday morning on the 8:51 am train) for Harry Potter press events! Warner Bros. invited me, along with other fan site owners to a bunch of events to promote the opening of Harry Potter: The Exhibition and the release of the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 DVD/BluRay. It was AMAZING, this post is a bit long-winded, but I figured I would do a play by play for this, ha ha! Click any of the photos to see them larger.
The weekend started with a meet and greet breakfast where we met some reps from Warner Bros and each other (since many of us fan site owners hadn't met one another).  We were also shown some exclusive clips from the DVD and given AWESOME goody bags!  After that we were shuttled to the SoHo Apple store for a Cast Q& session.  At this event fans asked the actors questions and we listened (ha ha).
Then Monday was the big day! We had a press conference with the cast in the morning (the audio is below this paragraph) where 14 cast members and the 2 producers were present.  We were split into 2 groups (fan sites and Main Stream Media) and had 2 different question sessions that were about a half hour each. When we were leaving I ended up in between Bonnie Wright (Ginny) and Natalia Tena (Tonks) on the escalator, so I asked Natalia about her awesome jacket. It turns out her friend made it, but sadly I don't have a photo of it.  After the press conference my friend Lori and I had a few hours to kill before the Red Carpet event so we went to lunch and walked around Times Square a bit.

Then it was off to the Red Carpet!! Before the stars arrived Warner Bros asked each of us fan site owners if we would like to be interviewed for something special they are cooking up. So we got to stand on the red carpet in front of a camera and be interviewed! I hope I didn't sound like a total idiot. Then at 7 the stars started to arrive and we had to try to get photos of them which was difficult because dumb people kept getting in our way even though we were the ones who were supposed to be taking photos...GRR! Even my girl crush Clemence Poesy was there looking gorgeous! WOO! You can see all the photos I took at the event here!
After the red carpet we were taken to the Hard Rock Cafe and had a nice dinner and chatted the night away! Sooo much fun, I actually wasn't as shy as I usually am and was talking to everyone. I hope we all keep in touch, but I'm not keeping my hopes up. I didn't want to leave but sadly I had to catch the 11:22 train home so I could go to work the next morning...gross! But here is what I had for dinner, along with a HUGE sundae!
So yea...Warner Bros is awesome and I love that they take such good care of fan site owners and support us so much!

Here is part 2 of the EPCOT photos and the last photos from Florida. Tomorrow I'll post some photos from my quick trip to NYC and then its back to regular posts! :)  I fell in love with all of these flower sculptures of the Disney characters, it is sooo much fun! I missed some, but whatever.  Which is your favorite?
