Lace is still very in right now so I figured I would share some lace items that I am lusting over but will never have in my closet. If only I were rich, then I could buy all the pretty clothes I want ;) But sometimes I think its better to have to work hard for what you have, you appreciate it more than if you can just blow $1000 on a skirt. Well, if you EARN a lot of money its still okay because you're earning it. But if you are just given the money its not the same. [that probably made no sense at all]
What do you think of lace? Love it...or hate it!?

Tonight I'm off to Jamaica, Vermont [meaning not the other Jamaica, haha] to go camping with my best friends Hayley and Jenna! I used to go there every year starting when I was 7, but then we stopped going when I was in my teens. Jenna and Hayley have never been camping before so it should be quite interesting. So yea, no posts this weekend but I'll be back on Monday! Hopefully I'll have some fun photos to share!
Also, my friend and I got the house!!! We just have to sign the lease and then we can move in!! I'll post some pictures after we do, but the house is going to be full of mismatched furniture because we're just bringing stuff from home...except for my closet room I hope, woohoo!
No Friday outfit but here's a close-up of my necklaces on Tuesday since my hair covered them in the full shot! :D

[Update: for those wondering...Tom is 24, Rupert will be 23 and Matt is 22]
This is a TOTALLY random post but I just wanted to share some adorable pictures of some of the Harry Potter boys. They are in quite nice suits though, so its still fashion-ey. First up is Tom Felton and Matt Lewis at the New York City premiere after party...how cute are they?!
Next up is Rupert Grint and Tom Felton at the Rise of the Planet of the Apes premiere (which Tom is in). Rupert always wears such cute shirts when he goes to support his fellow cast mates. When he saw Dan in How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying he wore a How To Succeed shirt (see it here)
As you can see his shirt says "I <3 TOM FELTON" and in the second photo if you enlarge it Tom is writing "I <3 U 2!" and signing his name. Click these to enlarge.

Last week the lovely Lisa requested some close-up shots of my No.704b. Booties that I got at DSW last May [meaning 2010] for $20! (regularly about $200) They are definitely one of my favorite pairs of shoes so I'm glad to post some shots of them! They have already seen a full year of service and I know I'll have them for years to come! So this is going under my Favorite Things category as well! Click the photos to enlarge
I've been posting a lot of Fall related things lately so I figured I would mix things up by featuring a Spring/Summer 2011 collection! We still have a while before Fall so we should enjoy summer and the heat while we can (though I do prefer Fall fashion because of all the sweaters!] I chose D&G because is VERY summery and I don't believe I posted it when the collections first came out. I was very good this month until the end...then I bought 3 things. *sigh* As many of you have probably seen from my post last week I got a Marc by Marc Jacobs Aiden bag in Bright Purple! It was a HUGE splurge at $300 but its worth it. I was sick of carrying around my dying Mulberry for Target bag that started falling apart after a month so I finally decided to spend the money on a quality purse that will last me a long time.
Even if I only use it for a year it still works for the cost per wear ratio, so I'm good with that. I am going to be using this purse every day for work so it is DEFINITELY going to get lots of use, so I would say it is definitely worth ponying up the extra cash.
I also had a mini shopping spree at Marshalls while on a short weekend vacation and spent $55 on some Michael Kors pants and a Calvin Klein sweater. But I was on vacation, so I'm forgiven, everyone is bad on vacation, ha ha.
Hopefully I behave myself better next month, but I doubt it...I always seem to find something. Though the last thing I bought before these three things was my Michael Kors watch on June 8th, so I went a month and a half without buying clothes. And I'm also moving out so I'll have to be good, hopefully knowing that most of my money needs to go for the house and furnishing it will help to curb my spending.

Last week ShopBop sent out an email with 5 looks using one of Fall's colors, orange! I fell so in love with one look that I decided to create a Dress for Less inspired by it. But before I get to the cheaper look, here's the original, I really want the Marc Jacobs sweater but it is far too expensive :(
Marc by Marc Jacobs Sweater - $228
Current/Elliot Jeans - $188
ONE by Matisse Footwear Penny Loafers - $150
Linea Pelle Belt - $99
Total: $665
This was a bit difficult but I think I did well! The colors are a bit off, but not all the stores have fall clothes out, once we're closer to fall I'm sure we'll be able to find a closer match ;) But I couldn't wait until them.
Sweater - Free People $69.90
Jeans - Forever 21 $22.80
Loafers - Alloy $29.90
Belt - ASOS $15.48
Total: $138.08
There is another sweater match here at ASOS! Also, here's another pair of loafers that are more neutral from ASOS ($60.34)

This week we had very sucky weather, it was hot and muggy/rainy and gross for half the week! But other than that it went pretty well. I worked, was home without my parents for the week (they stayed in Rhode Island) and saw Harry Potter for the 3rd time with my friend Hayley, and it was dandy! I can't believe it is almost August...this summer/year is going by WAY too fast! This weekend I plan to do absolutely nothing but lay around in my pjs watching TV! Do you guys have any exciting weekend plans?

I had a Friday outfit but when I woke up it was raining so I had to change my plans, so no photo for today. But I might post one of it next week if I feel like taking a picture later.
Oh, also, my friend Hayley and I went to look at a house on Wednesday because we both want to move out of our parents' houses. It is RIGHT by the beach and is sooo cute, but its a 30 minute drive to work instead of 10 minutes...UGH! We went to drive by another house that was only 10 minutes from work but it was in such a creepy location. So we just jumped on the house by the beach! We just need to do all the technical stuff, like credit checks and things! So wish us luck in getting the house! :D
