To say that I am obsessed with these Miu Miu Calf hair leopard sandals would be a major understatement. Ever since I laid my eyes on them I have wanted, no...NEEDED them in my closet. I will have no other leopard sandal, none can measure up to the awesomeness of these. They are gorgeous, the leopard print is perfect, the shape of the shoe and the design of it is just amazing. You can wear them alone, with tights or socks....and if you're the Man Repeller you can wear them with ANYTHING.

When these came out I could just not afford to spend the $795 on them (well...I could have, but that is an insane amount of money to pay for shoes so I couldn't justify it). Sadly I cannot get them out of my mind so for the past, I dunno, 6 months I have been scouring ebay to find them.  Whenever I see them my heart skips a beat and then I look at the size, most of the time they aren't my size and I get very depressed. BUT if they are my size my stomach drops as I look at the price, the last pair I found was $1200...UM NO!  So I am still on the hunt and on Friday I saw a pair for $500 (still WAY too much but that is how bady I want these) but sadly they were a half size too small...and they sold less than an hour after I saw them, so I need to be fast when I find my size!

So if anyone ever sees these in a size 38 - 39 PLEASE let me know! I will love you forever! My real size is a 38.5, but sometimes these run small so a 39 could possibly fit.  What would be REALLY amazing is if The Outnet got these in stock soon since they usually get items after Net-a-Porter, but these were so popular that I doubt there are any left... *sigh*

Since this post is mostly text here are photos of two of my favorite bloggers wearing these ;)

P.S. The winner of the Shabby Apple Giveaway was comment number 36, Nnenna!! Congrats :D You should be getting an email from me soon!
I was a bad girl yesterday, like I posted on Friday I was going to a Chanel Master Class for makeup. I got to the mall an hour early because I wanted to check out H&M to see if they had the amazing leggings that Lindsey of Saucy Glossie wore last week.  They were only $14.99 so I knew I had to have them if they were in my store and fit! And they did!! I also tried on some amazing black pants, a sweater dress and a printed dress. The black pants fit great except for at my waist where they were a bit tight, so they had to stay in the store.  The printed dress was really pretty, but $34.95...so it too was put back.  The sweater dress on the other hand was only $19.95, very comfortable and in a neutral color...SCORE!

Last week I ordered purple pants from ASOS that I featured in this Dress for Less because I had some money lying around in my paypal from advertising on my HP site.  They are a little wilder than I would normally buy but that's why I love them! Everyone at work is going to think I am insane when I wear them, another plus.
Then, of course, I headed to Lord and Taylor for my Chanel class. But, come to find, the class was moved to 9AM because they thought it would be too busy at noon. It worked out in my favor though because I got a one on one lesson!  The makeup artist sat with me for an hour helping me choose colors and putting on my makeup. It came out great, a bit more severe than I usually do but I like it.  I think it is safe to say that I am obsessed with Chanel makeup...why couldn't I be obsessed with cheaper makeup...UGH! XD

You can't go to one of these things without buying something (unless you want to be rude)...so I was VERY bad and got a new foundation (I was running out), blush (I don't have any) and a concealer pen (I have really bad under-eye circles. I resisted on the eye shadow because I have plenty of my Chanel Spices Palette left and I have mascara and lipstick already.  But they were having a sale so I got 10% off everything, and on top of that I got a bunch of free samples for being in the class!! CHA-CHING!  So here's the list of what I got:
  • Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup with SPF 15 in 20 Beige
  • Éclat Lumiere Highlighter Face Pen in 35 Medium
  • Joues Contraste Powder Blush in 68 Rose Ecrin
  • Sample Of Ultra Correction Lift Total Eye Lift
  • Sample Of Ultra Correction Lift Intensive Lifting Concentrate
  • Sample Of Ultra Correction Line Repair Anti-Wrinkle Day Fluid With SPF 15
  • Sample Of Body Excellence Nourishing And Rejuvenating Hand Cream
  • Sample Of Lotion Douceur Gentle Hydrating Toner Balance + Anti-Pollution
  • Sample Of Mousse Douceur Rinse-Off Foaming Mousse Cleanser Balance + Anti-Pollution
  • Sample Of Lait Confort Creamy Cleansing Milk Comfort + Anti-Pollution Face And Eyes
And here's my awesome makeup! WOOO!!! I'll never be able to do it like this...but oh wells XD  I don't really have any tips to share though because she just did basic stuff...but even though it was basic I didn't know most of it because I can't put on makeup, ha ha.
Well this was a lovely week, the weather was really nice except for the little bit of rain we had on Wednesday. I actually enjoy all of my outfits this week, but the first 3 are my favorites. I'm thinking that next week I'll try to do all outfits inspired by other bloggers! If I can find enough looks that I'll be able to pull off, that is, I'm having difficulty with that at the moment... ;)

This weekend is going to be fun, tomorrow I'm going to a Chanel Master Class at my local Lord & Taylor but I'm a little nervous because I don't usually do stuff like that and I STINK at putting on makeup. But the point of the class is to teach us so hopefully it helps! There are only 10 of us so there won't be that many strangers ;)  Then on Sunday it's my cousin's 11th birthday party...he is making me feel so old!!! Do you guys have any exciting plans for the weekend?

Also, don't forget to enter the Shabby Apple Giveaway to win a Coco Bean dress!

AND if anyone sees these Miu Miu leopard sandals in a size 38 - 39 PLEASE let me know, I've been searching for them for months and can't stop thinking about them so I don't even care how much they cost. I search on eBay every day and my heart stops when I see a pair, but they are never my size :( [well...cost is an issue but I'm desperate so I'd pay more than I normally would...]

Theyskens' Theory was one of my FAVORITE Spring 2012 collections, I would wear seriously all of the looks below.  This collection is so wearable from the colors and fabrics to the pieces themselves and the styling all the way down to hair and makeup.  It is full of amazing jackets, pants and tops! I love it so much that I can't even think of anything else to say about it, ha ha.

Love Your Body Day 2011!

Today is Love Your Body Day and Ashley over at Two Eyes in the Mirror has asked all her followers to do a post about why we love our bodies or how we learned to love them! To be honest I am never good at writing meaningful blog posts so this is a little hard for me, but it is definitely important for me to do this post. Society has put too much pressure on girls, and boys, to be perfect.  But the thing is, there is no such thing as perfect in the way that society wants us to think.  We are all perfect in our own ways. I am short, with man shoulders and sometimes I wish I had a smaller chest, but I wouldn't want myself any other way when I really think about it.

I have slowly started accepting my body for what it is and I embrace my shortness.  It means that I can wear super tall shoes and not be a giant, but I can also wear flats and be proud of being a shorty.  When I was younger, until I was 17, I did gymnastics and that stunts your growth and puberty so I never really had a chest until I stopped, it has taken me a long while to get used to the fact that I now have more curves but I am starting to get used to it.  It does mean that I cannot wear certain kinds of tops [I don't like showing too much] so I can't really wear v-necks or deep scoops; but I don't really care for those anyway so it works!

Some things that I LOVE about my body are my legs and awesome hair and my butt. Do you like how I made that last bit smaller, it feels a bit weird to say it, but I really do enjoy my tuckus, it looks lovely in jeans ;)

So no matter if you are tall, short, skinny, normal sized, flat chested, not flat chested, have big eyes, a big butt or man shoulders EMBRACE your differences and love them! They are what makes you, you!

Why do you love your body?!
Here we are with my Alexander Wang booties again, I can't help it, I'm obsessed! But today was the first time I actually wore them out and about, aka to work.  I decided to keep this outfit simple to really focus on the shoes, but over the fall/winter I will try some crazier outfits!  I can wear them with socks and tights so they can carry me all the way though winter...meaning they are a year round shoe, PERFECTION!

You guys hardly get to see my hair in it's natural state, but here it is! My hair is naturally straight if I let it dry on its own. But I'm usually too lazy and I put it in a bun after I shower and just go to bed and let it dry that way. I take my showers at night because I am NOT a morning person, I prefer to just get up, get dressed and go. That's also why I do my posts a day early, ha ha.

Who else LOVES Halloween?! Last night I decided to start watching all my Halloween related movies in anticipation.  Last night I watched Halloweentown, tonight its Halloweentown 2, and then I have to watch Return to Halloweentown, Hocus Pocus, Casper, Beetlejuice, Teen Witch and lots more that aren't really Halloween themed but they are magical! And of course I'll watch some on tv that I don't own on DVD. I'm not doing anything on Halloween this year because I'm a bum, but I will definitely be watching my favorites that night.

I really need to get better at picking what pictures to post, but I always have a hard time narrowing them down!  One of these photos I did some major photoshop work on [not color correcting], can you guys guess which it is?!  I'm going to post the original on my Facebook later so you can see ;)

Sweater: Willi Smith hand me down, Jeans: American Eagle $0, Booties Alexander Wang via The Outnet gift, Ring: Forever 21 gift from sister, Watch: Michael Kors, Purse: Marc by Marc Jacobs
Fingernails: Chanel Paradoxal
Toenails: Chanel Vamp
Here are some detail shots of me new Alexander Wang Freja booties from The Outnet! I only just got them (as a birthday present), but they are already one of my favorite pieces!  Weather permitting I will wear them today and take outfit pictures to post! So cross your fingers.

I LOVE the color of these, now I need to buy more burgundy/maroon (what a shame ;) )  I also love that I can wear them folded down or up, I prefer up, but they also look really cool down as well so it's nice to have options!  I have been wearing them every night with thick socks to stretch them out a bit more because they feel a little tight around my toes when I have bare feet...

Today we have a lovely giveaway from Shabby Apple, an online vintage inspired clothing boutique! But before that a quick review of another Shabby Apple product! I chose to review the White Rabbit's Time Keeper, a pocket watch! I am a sucker for any type of watch or clock so I love this! The detailing of the case is wonderful, especially on the back. The opening function of the watch works, so you can feel just like the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland, oh how I love him.  The only thing I didn't like was the clock doesn't work, but all the positives outweigh that one tiny detail.

For the giveaway I chose the Coco Bean dress, one of you lucky ladies will win this dress in your size!

This was quite a boring week as usual, I worked every day as usual and then came home, ate dinner and watched movies.  Tuesday, as you know, was my birthday and I was hoping my co-workers would forget, but someone reminded everyone. We had some cake and everyone bugged me for trying to hide the fact that it was my birthday, ha ha.

On Monday night I ordered the Alexander Wang Freja booties from The Outnet and they got to my house on Thursday so I went to pick them up [if you look closely at Friday's picture you can see them]! They fit perfectly with tights on but they are a little tight when I have nothing on my feet...but I like how they look with my toes sticking out so I'll have to see if they stretch a bit.

As for my outfits...I love Monday and Tuesday, I'm not sure about Wednesday (I think I like it) and I really don't like Thursday or Friday, too frumpy, but whatever...I was lazy.
