Yesterday was quite a foggy day which lead to some cool photos in the morning before work (while one of the neighbors cats stared at me disapprovingly, I should have taken a photo of him.) I decided to go for a simple outfit and wore my awesome R2 wedges because I've been neglecting them as of late. That's the one bad thing about having so many awesome shoes, some get left out.

Blazer: Necessary Objects (Desert Fox Blog Shop) $20, Top: Marshalls $5, Jeans: American Eagle $0, Wedges: R2 (DSW) $35, Bracelet c/o Maximal Art, Watch: Michael Kors, Purse: Marc by Marc Jacobs

Notice my awesome mesh bracelet?! It was sent to me by the very talented John Wind of Maximal Art, who I featured a few months ago. This bracelet is so me, it is edgy but fun. I love the coat of arms on it, it reminds me of Harry Potter. Now the exiting part about this is...John is offering the same bracelet to one of my lovely readers!

To Win: The giveaway is open to my readers in the United States and will close on December 13th, so hopefully you can get the bracelet before all your New Years parties!

Mandatory Entry: You must be a follower of my blog with google or bloglovin. You must also like Maximal Art by John Wind on Facebook (leave your name so I can check to see if you liked the page)

Bonus Entries: Leave one comment for EACH additional entry. Each comment counts as an entry so if you put all your extra entries in one comment that only counts as 1 entry...
Winner: The winner will be announced on Twitter late on the 13th or on the 14th and will be chosen by random.org

We all know how much I LOVE shoes, so I figured I should do a gift guide for all the shoe lovers out there!  But who doesn't love shoes, right?!  For a Christmas gift you want to buy something unusual, not something the receiver would buy on their own (but still something they'd love.) I've chosen shoes from a variety of price points the prices range from $33 all the way to $1495. The Marc Jacobs mouse flats are ADORABLE! I've always loved the mouse flats but these have an added punch!

Tabitha Simmons animal-print calf hair and leather ankle boots - $1495
Alexander McQueen buckled suede boots - $795
Marc by Marc Jacobs Glitter-covered leather mouse ballet flats [RED AND GOLD!] - $250
Jean Michael Cazabat - $147.50
Michael Antonio $32.99
It is December [well this outfit is from Nov 29] and I STILL didn't need a coat, this is so weird! It has started getting a little cooler the past few days. I was actually warm in this outfit, that just isn't right, we should be freezing cold! But I guess that will happen soon enough and then we'll wish its Summer again.  I do love me some cold weather though, as long as I can go inside to get warm. I need to learn some new poses, but its hard to do anything exciting with self timer.  I can do jumping shots but that would get boring if I did them for every outfit post so I have to save them for special occasions ;) Anyone have posing tips?

Sweater: Tahari (Marshalls) $20, Top: Express $34, Skirt: Old Navy hand-me-down, Booties: Alexander Wang via The Outnet birthday gift, Watch: Michael Kors, Purse: Marc by Marc Jacobs

What a week! It sounded out rather insane but by the end of the week things calmed down a bit and I was actually able to breathe at work, ha ha. Also, on Wednesday I went home for dinner because my Grandparents were coming over and my mom made spiral ham.  Remember those boots I wore to get our Christmas tree? My Grandma gave them to me because she doesn't wear them anymore! WOO!

Recently I've been working with a company to share my latest clothing obsessions! It is open in beta mode as of this week and I have 10 invites to give out! Happy December, everyone! Only 25 days until Christmas, woohoo! Can you tell I am Christmas obsessed? I can't help it, I love the music, movies and of course I love spending time with my family. I wore this outfit to work yesterday, I decided to keep things simple since it was my first time wearing my awesome new Miu Mius to work, didn't want to shock anyone. ;) But who am I kidding, I shock them every day with my coocoo outfits. Today you get a double dose of jumping shots! I was about to stop taking pictures but then the sun started shining perfectly, so I figured, why not!? My favorite is the one on the right.

Last week I mentioned I would be doing some gift guides and Lydia requested gifts for the fussy father, aka one who "doesn't want anything and doesn't like sports." You guys love to hit me with the hard ones, don't you.  This is pretty much like my Dad though, he doesn't really need or want anything (he does like sports, but not in a collectible way.)  I say go with something corny that is unique to your father, a good book or movie, maybe something for the car, etc.  You could always fall back on the trusted tie, too. [I'm showing some expensive options but you can obviously find cheaper ones]

Okay, so I'm not rich, but I am wearing rich colors ;) I love these purple pants so much but whenever I sit down they ride up really far on my leg so I should probably stop wearing them to work because I sit down most of the day...depressing! Today was my first day without my boss, it wasn't as horrible as I thought it would be but I still barely had a moment to breathe.  This should be very interesting, hopefully things don't go terribly wrong...

Here is my dream outfit for visiting a Christmas Tree Farm which I did on Friday [evidence in this post]!  When picking out your Christmas tree you want to be warm, comfortable and still look great.  You and your companions will want some warm hats, plenty of snuggly sweaters and cardigans, and more. For these looks I went for some leggings, Christmas/Winter sweaters, an awesome coat and durable boots! And we can't forget gloves, hats and scarves, but it isn't that cold yet this year so I just did a hat!  I went a bit red crazy in the first look...but come on, it's Christmas!

Sweater: Stella McCartney $1145
Coat: Moschino $2855
Leggings: Current/Elliot $795
Boots: Rag & Bone $795
Hat: N.Peal Cashmere $67.35
TOTAL: $5587.35

And now here's a Dress for Less for good measure. I tried to do under $150, but I was bad and went over by $5 ;)
Sweater: Mossimo Supply Co via Target $24.99
Coat [there's a red version too]: Merona via Target $59.99
Leggings: H&M $14.95
Boots: Xhilaration via Target $49.99
Hat: Forever 21 $5.50
TOTAL: $155.42
I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving and long weekend [to those who celebrate of course]. I had a lovely, relaxing time! We still have one day left of the weekend, so make it a good one! Here are some photos from Friday when we went to get our Christmas Tree.  There are a lot of photos, so beware, I hate choosing what photos to post!  It was SO sunny on Friday that almost all my photos were taken into the sun so there are tons of rainbows, ha ha. It was also quite warm, very weird...it doesn't feel like Christmas is a month away. I DON'T LIKE IT! Get cold!!! [I'm going to regret that...]

Outer Sweater: Ralph Lauren (Goodwill) $8, Red Sweater: Madewell via ShopBop gift card, Leggings: H&M $15, Boots: Borrowed from Grandma

On Thanksgiving my sister and I decided to make Christmas countdown things like we used to when we were little. All it takes is strips of red and green construction paper, and tape/staples.  You make a strip for each day left until Christmas and make circles with them intertwining them together. Then each day you take off a ring!

And as an added bonus, here is a rather amusing photo. You guys always see my serious side (...), but I am actually quite insane. ;) I laugh ALL the time and I cry every time. I can't even remember why I am laughing in this picture, but this is how you will see me most of the time.
