I hope everyone had a great Christmas weekend spent with family! (Or a regular weekend for those who don't celebrate) Only two outfit posts left for 2016, guys! Both are my Christmas outfits and then I'll be leaving you until 2017. I'm headed to London tomorrow night to spend New Years with the Brits.

It's Christmas Eve tomorrow, guys!!!! Tonight is one of my favorite Christmas-related days because it's the night my family watches our favorite Christmas movie - Scrooge! It's a musical starring Albert Finney and it is perfection. If you haven't seen it GO. NOW. WATCH.
Last night a smaller piece of the family (aka everyone but my brothers) watched White Christmas and the night before was Holiday Inn. On Tuesday we watched It's a Wonderful Life. Those are the only Christmas movies we have set days for, otherwise we watch on our own or together when we can. I always watch White Christmas multiple times. Other favorites include The Santa Clause, Ernest Saves Christmas and The Holiday (which I watch year round.)
I was going to take outfit photos of what I wore to Lydia's Christmas party last weekend but the weather was nasty so it's time to improvise! Here are outfits of Christmases past.

Decided to go with a bit of green in today's throwback since it's Christmas this weekend! This is the second to last outfit I wore to work in NYC. The company I was working for at the time finally allowed me to start working from home every day after this. Woohoo! Ha ha. I switched this up a TEEEEENY bit by tucking in the sweater to show off the high-waist of the skirt.
Sweater: Kenar c/o Marshalls, Skirt: Chanel (Roundabout Resale), Shoes: MICHAEL Michael Kors (DSW), Necklace: Acanthus Jewelry (giveaway)

We're only five days away from Christmas!! WOOO!! Even though this look is mainly black, it does have a holiday vibe thanks to the patchwork blazer. It's one of my favorites because I know I'll never see anyone else wearing it. And if I do, we'll be instant BFFs.
Patchwork Blazer: Etro (Roundabout Resale), Tee: Everlane, Patchwork Jeans: Free People, Pumps: Coach 'Nacie' (Amazon)

As we get closer to the holidays I'm drawn toward sparkles and red/green. I wore this to check out Roundabout's Roundaboutlet a couple weekends ago. Everything in the space, including Chanel was 75% off. Sadly, or luckily for my wallet, everything I liked was either too big or too small. But it's always fun to hunt for things anyway.
Sweater: rag & bone (eBay), Jeans: J Brand '811 Photo Ready Super Skinny Jean' (Gilt), Flats: Chanel (eBay)

I usually layer this turtleneck under my bigger sweaters because it's very thin. But on this day it was a little warmer so I decided to just wear a vest over the top. I quite like the mix of teal and dark gray/black and the super soft fur. Definitely a look for days when you want to be super comfortable.
Vest: Simply Vera Wang c/o Kohl's, Turtleneck: Vanessa Bruno (Coco's $10 sale), Jeans: Free People (eBay), Sunglasses: Chanel, Boots: Gianvito Rossi 'Finlay' (Marshalls), Bag: Emm Kuo 'Calle Bahia' (Roundabout Resale)

It's been a few weeks since my last throwback outfit, but other things have taken over, oops! I quite like this outfit because it's dressy but still cozy thanks to the super long sweater from J Crew.
Dress: Diane von Furstenberg (Coco's on the Green), Sweater: J.Crew (Roundabout Resale), Boots: eBay, Watch: Skagen (Rue La La)

Here's one of my new buys from last month - a super soft purple tee by Vince! I got it for $20 at The Outnet, way better than it's retail price of $135. Not sure I would EVER spend that on a tee, even if I had all the money in the world. But it is mighty soft! Decided to go with some more purple for it's first outing. I wore this on a lazy Sunday and to help my mom do some Christmas shopping for my siblings. (Might have thrown in something for myself too, ha ha)

The Red Door provided this service for free in exchange for a review. My opinions have not been influenced by this generous gift.
It has been quite a while since I've gone for a professional manicure and pedicure and this made me remember how much I enjoy them. Normally I paint my own nails and it's not as fun. I have to remove my old polish, try to smooth out my nails, put on the new nail polish and hope I don't smudge them before they dry. It's become such a chore so being able to enjoy having my nails done was a nice change.
The Red Door's Signature Mani/Pedi includes their signature luxurious exfoliation with Olive Oil Salt Scrub and a warm cream reflexology inspired massage with their Signature Luxurious Body Cream. In between each step my legs (and arms) were sprayed with a bit of Red Door's Olive Oil Moisturizing Body Spray. You also get a warm neck pillow to help relax even more.

This was 100x better than any other mani/pedi I've received. Kristin did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable (and hydrated!) throughout the process. I'm not the best at small talk but she made it very easy. We gabbed about Christmas cookies, meals and other fun stuff. ;)
