These products were provided to me by Neutrogena. Thoughts and opinions are my own.

As part of the Vogue Influencer Network I'm often given the chance to try out exciting new (and sometimes tried-and-true) products. This time I got to try out the full Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair line. The line is clinically proven to brighten skin’s tone and reduce wrinkles in just one week, so I have used the product the past 2 weeks to see what would happen!

I was sent the following: Rapid Wrinkle Repair® Serum ($20.99), Rapid Wrinkle Repair® Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 ($20.99), Rapid Wrinkle Repair® Night Moisturizer ($20.99), and Rapid Wrinkle Repair® Eye Cream ($20.99)

After these past two weeks I can say I have definitely noticed improvement in my skin. It is a lot smoother and brighter. I'm not saying my face is covered in wrinkles, but this is also a preventative thing. All the magazines tell us to start using anti-aging products in our 20s to help counteract what will happen as we get closer to our 30s. I used the products while I was on a trip, so being on planes and also being overtired may have affected the results a bit, but I'm still very happy with the products. I imagine if I wasn't on vacation my dark circles would be a lot lighter, but a lack of sleep counteracted the results to a degree.

Before using this I had been trying out Chanel's Resynchronizing Skincare line and my previous favorite was L'oreal Paris Youth Code (which I have been using for a few years.) I will definitely continue to use my Neutrogena products until they run out, but I have not decided which of the three product lines I will use when that time comes.
Here's part 2 of my photoshoot extras, see part 1 in yesterday's post. It's so funny looking at all the outfits and seeing how different they all are.  It's clear that I love skinny jeans and prints, though.

Since I'm getting back into the groove after my vacation I thought now would be a good time to share some photoshoot extras! I say this every time, but whenever I shoot with Lydia I find myself with tons of photos on the cutting room floor that I wish I could share. So here's my chance!

Some of you may know that from July 29th - August 3rd I was on vacation in Florida and flew back on the 4th. I did the unthinkable and didn't take ANY outfit pictures! But this was a pretty strange trip, it was for LeakyCon (a fandom conference) and there was a huge group of us that went. I mostly went to hang out with some friends and go to a nighttime event in Diagon Alley at Universal (where I went last month.)  I went to a couple panels they had but mostly hung around the hotel and such.

I made so many new friends and we all had so much fun so photos for the blog were the last thing on my mind. Here are a few snaps from the trip where you can get glimpses of the outfits I wore. I might take some photos of the outfits from home to post next week (if I remember what I wore...oops!)

Kimono: thrifted, Tank: Cynthia Rowley c/o  Marshalls, Jeans: Mother c/o Marshalls, Lightening Bolt Sandals: Ancient Greek Sandals 'Astrapi' (Net-A-Porter), Purple Sandals: Sam Edelman c/o ThredUp

Hawaiian shirts are apparently having a comeback. Something I didn't realize until I began searching for style inspiration for this Miu Miu top I picked up thrifting last year for $10.  It has taken me a long time to be brave enough to wear it, but I had to have it since it's my favorite color, and unique....plus it's MIU MIU! My top is on the wilder side of things shape-wise, but you can find a more subtle top if you want to try the style out. I wanted to wear it with jeans, but since it's the middle of Summer I opted for a denim skirt instead.

Top Miu Miu (thrifted, similar), Skirt: Mother Denim c/o Marshalls, Tank Top: Vince c/o Marshalls, Shoes: Manolo Blahnik (Roundabout Resale), Bag: Chanel, Sunglasses: Marc by Marc Jacobs (Shopbop), Initial Necklace c/o Gorjana, Number Necklace: Bijou Limon (etsy), Watch: Skagen (Rue La La), Rings: vintage, Brilliant Imports & Mom's

Here is how the top was styled on the Spring 2003 runway, I toned it down a bit for my look.
