I wore this on a super gross and rainy Saturday to do some shopping with Lydia. We ended up not even taking each others outfit photos - THE HORROR! Luckily when I got to my parents it had stopped raining so my dad took a few snaps for me.  For some reason I have been gravitating toward wearing these "slippers" with my free people patchwork jeans. I've worn these shoes 2 of the 4 times I have worn the jeans since buying them.

Cardigan: Banana Republic, Tee: French Connection, Jeans: Free People 'Jax', Flats: Burberry Prorsum (Net-a-Porter Sale, Bag: Chanel

I only wear these jeans a few times a year, but that doesn't mean they will be leaving my closet any time soon! I bought them quite a long time ago at Marshalls and they were just so fun and seventies. I love that they've stayed on trend for so long, let's hope the 70s trend doesn't leave us! Here are some other outfits featuring the jeans:

P.S. Who else is super excited about Star Wars: The Force Awakens being released on dvd tomorrow?! Totally running out to Target this morning to buy it. (It was out on digital on Friday but I like the real thing.)

Cardigan: Marc Jacobs (Roundabout Resale), Tee: Everlane, Jeans: Free People (Marshalls), Sandals: Franco Sarto (DSW)

A nice, easy outfit for a day of lounging and baby holding a couple weekends ago. Is this outfit really blog-worthy? Probably not. Do I care? Nope! The purpose of this blog is to show you what I wear on a day to day basis, even if it's just a sweatshirt and jeans!

Update: Just realized it was the perfect day to post this outfit! Star Wars: The Force Awakens is available on Digital formats today! (DVD/BluRay on Tuesday)

Star Wars Top c/o Kohl's, Patchwork Jeans: Free People, Loafers: Etienne Aigner (thrifted)

I've been neglecting my blazers this year so doing these throwback posts is helping lessen my guilt! I can't believe I've had this Chanel blazer for 3 years already! Time certainly flies. Both the blazer and heels are some of my favorite buys from Roundabout. I've had to limit my trips there to just when they have their end of season sales otherwise I spend far too much money!

Blazer: Chanel (Roundabout Resale), Tee: Cullen (Rue La La), Jeans: Free People (Gilt Groupe), Heels: Lanvin (Roundabout Resale), Watch: Skagen (Rue La La)

The Original: (I look angry because I used to take my photos around 6am, so it's a tired face)
I wasn't planning on buying anything this month, but one weekend my mom and I went to Lord and Taylor to kill some time. Always a bad idea! I tried on 5 things and fell in love with a pretty blue shirt dress, luckily it was on sale for $60 and I had a $50 gift card!
