I told you I loved these shorts!! This is what I wore last Sunday to go to the Tanger Outlets with Lydia. We both had a gift card to finish using so we were on a mission! I ended up buying marshmallow roasting sticks, a sifter (for baking) and a black bikini from Old Navy (top & bottom). I've been wanting a black suit for a quite some time and while this one isn't perfect it will do for now. Gotta love free. Yay gift cards!
After we went shopping I headed home for our early 4th of July celebration with the other side of the family. It was a small gathering and we ordered pizza, but it was a nice low-key evening. Just how I like it!

Happy Thursday! Here's another throwback outfit. These pants are so fun but I rarely wear them because of how dark they are. They're definitely a warm weather pant, but I always feel strange wearing them since they're dark.

Here's the dress I mentioned in my June Wardrobe Recap. After wearing it, I realized I do like it. It's super easy to wear and very cozy. It will also come in handy if I go to the beach and then out to dinner afterward since I can wear it as a coverup. (Plus...the fabric is thick enough that you don't have to wear a bra, although I probably will most of the time)

Here's what I wore for my first day in the city. I met up with friends at Don Antonio's pizza for lunch and ended the day in Brooklyn at Berg'n. I had wanted to go to Don Antonio's for quite a while after seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and I wasn't disappointed! Such good pizza, especially the crust (my favorite part.) I was able to wear this all day and into the night without a sweater! Thank goodness Summer finally arrived!

I made a purchase this month that I almost instantly regretted. I saw an amazing dress on Ashley of SideSmileStyle's instagram and HAD to have it. So I scoured the internet and found it on Poshmark. It was a size medium so I took a chance and unfortunately it is a little big in some spots and tight in others. The colors aren't exactly what I was expecting either, they're a little brighter. Maybe it will grow on me.
Sadly I spent a TON of money on travel related things this month so July has to be a no-shop month, except on my vacation. First, I renewed my annual pass for Universal Orlando. Second I bought tickets to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in London, which means I'm going to London for New Years - WOO! AND a friend and I will be going to see JK Rowling & Eddie Redmayne talk at Carnegie Hall in November before seeing Fantastic Beasts & Where To Find Them (a week before the movie actually comes out!) Such a bad girl! But that's what I have my "vacation" savings for! I save every month and withdraw when I need to. A good system! :)
