Dress for Less: Inspired by 3.1 Phillip Lim

In the comments someone asked if there was a cheaper version of the first outfit in the 3.1 Phillip Lim 2010 Resort Collection I posted a couple days ago, so I thought it would be a perfect thing to do for a Dress for Less! Enjoy!  Its only expensive because of the shoes, but they were perfect so XD
