This is an exercise in how to wear red and green without looking like Christmas exploded on you. It helps that it's Summer so the pieces are skimpier. But making one of the pieces a print with other colors helps to remove Christmas from the equation.

Top: Mexx (Coco's $10 sale), Shorts: Banana Republic (Clinton Crossing), Sandals: Seychelles (DSW)

  1. Having things in the right hues helps a lot as well - and this red and green are definitely in the right shades to avoid having you look like you're dressing for the holidays!

  2. Nicely done !
Sometimes I shy from this combo because of the Christmas feel. Same goes for black and orange.

  4. Sometimes wearing 'holiday' colors can be a challenge, but with the olive green and orange hues in the blouse, you look perfectly summery.
