{outfit} For the First Time in Forever

I can't believe it is already December.  For the first time in what feels like forever, I'm sharing an outfit! This year has been so strange and I hate that I haven't been sharing many outfits. But I haven't been going many places other than the grocery store and when we do that Christian doesn't want to stop off to take photos very often. I wore this for an outside distanced visit with my parents and siblings in early November. It was nice to be around people besides Christian for a change, ha ha.

P.S. How gorgeous is this tree? My parents planted it the year my sister was born so its 2 years older than me, ha ha. It always looks super pretty in Fall.

  1. I basically get fully dressed for work every morning, have 1-2 hours of online meetings and am back in sweats by 10 am and stay that way so I'm trying to remember to get my photos done in that 90 minute window. Such a weird year! It's nice that you worked in some outdoor visiting - for once I'm dreading the onset of colder weather as it means much less time being able to visit people.

  2. Such a cute layered outfit! :) I've been enjoying the relaxed restrictions here - no cases in our state for 80 days now and getting out more, but I'm still going out less than I used to before everything. With working from home and not doing the school run every day (I share the school run duty with hubby who is also working from home) I'm just getting dressed less and wearing less outfits! Don't worry about it too much, I think we are all in that position :)

It's good you were able to have a safe catch up with your family too!

Hope that you are having a lovely weekend! Another hot one here!

  4. It has definitely been hard for me to justify getting dressed just to run errands these days! Although I do sometimes just get dressed for the sake of taking photos when I can! haha. I love that vest, it looks so cozy and warm, perfect for an outdoor gathering!
