{outfit} An Evening After the Beach

Earlier this month Christian and I spent a day at the beach (and have the sunburn to prove it, whoops!) After a quick outfit change we decided to try a new place for dinner - Chophouse Grill in Westerly, Rhode Island. Our meal was so delicious and the waitstaff super attentive. We'll definitely be back! Even though we were stuffed, we also grabbed some ice cream at Brickley's! The weather was so

{outfit} Newport in Winter

I'm a month late in posting this, but better late than never! I wore this on a very spontaneous day trip to Rhode Island for Valentine's Day. Long story short, Christian had a last minute video shoot for work in Newport so I tagged along and worked from the car while he was on location. Then we got to enjoy a nice Valentine's dinner in Newport. Only the second time in our six Valentine's Days tog

{outfit} In the Heat of Summer

The purpose of our trip to Rhode Island was for a family reunion with my Mom's side of the family. Unfortunately for us, it was the hottest day of the year and we were outside all day. Wearing this tiny romper with a cutout in the back let me have a nice breeze even though it was at least 90 degrees. When I first got this romper I wasn't sure how often I was going to wear it, but I've worn it mor

{outfit} Lunch at The Red Parrot in Newport

Whenever my family and I go to Rhode Island we always take a few hours to go to Newport and check out all the stores and have a meal. The weather is usually hit or miss when we go because we don't want to waste a perfect beach day. This trip we had a good first hour and a half and after we finished lunch we were hit with some rain.  Because it was a cooler morning I was able to wear longer p
