Do you ever have one of those days where you wake up and don't want to get out of bed, don't want to go to work, don't want to do anything?!  Well that has been happening to me more and more lately.  I find that when I'm in one of these moods that if I dress like a crazy person I feel much better even if the day sucks. Tuesday was DEFINITELY one of those mornings, so I pulled on my crazy purple pants to lift my spirits. I also wore a beautiful necklace I inherited from my Grandmother after she passed away (10 years ago).  Sadly the day only went downhill from there, I won't bore you with all the details but I will say that I am very depressed because my mouse ring broke in half right at the end of the work day...NOT.FUN.  Enough with this sad talk, here's my awesome outfit!

Top: Marshalls $12, Belt: Kenneth Cole Reaction (Marshalls) $7, Pants: ASOS $30, Wedges: Steve Madden (DSW) $55, Bracelets c/o 31 Bits, Mouse Ring c/o OASAP,  Other Rings: Mom's, Necklace: Grandmother's, Glasses: Sunglass Warehouse giveaway, Watch: Michael Kors, Bag: Marc by Marc Jacobs

  6. I hope OASAP replaces the ring, I mean, turning green and then breaking after what, a few months? Doesn't make me want to shop there...

Sorry your day was awful, but I hope today is better!

  7. Those pants are fabulous, that necklace is perfect, and you are totally rocking those geekers!!!
It's great that you dress up on days you feel down: I, too, find that usually helps a lot. Best of luck on the things going wrong in your life (though your fashion certainly is not going wrong at all! You go, girl!)

  14. I know exactly how you feel as I have experienced days like your Tuesday many times before. Glad you dressed up in purple because 1-you look great, and 2-the color really is cheerful.

Sorry about your ring. A very similar thing happened to me with my deer bracelet. But I went ahead and bought another one to make myself feel better. :)

  15. aw sorry you had a sucky day. You look amazing though! I LOVE those purple pants & your shoes!!

  16. That stinks about the mouse ring especially since it was your favorite. I agree that putting on some bright colors makes the day a little better. At least you looked great despite the days I love that you wore your Grandmother's necklace
