{outfit} Feeling Sporty

This hoodie used to be one of my favorite pieces of clothing! I got it at least 8 years ago at TJ Maxx, an awesome clearance find. I think I "splurged" and paid $30 for it...funny how that used to be a splurge. I shudder to think of what my splurges cost now.  Anywhooooo...I try to bring this out at least once a year even though I don't wear hoodies too often anymore. I also have to be selevtive about when I wear it because some of the sequins have started falling off from too much love over the years. I'm not sure if it ever made it's way on to the blog, so that is being rectified now! (I found one post with it, from when Lydia and I went to see The Princess Bride at the drive-in, but you can't really tell what the pattern is like)

This outfit and hair combo makes me look super sporty! Brings me back to my days of gymnastics...wish I could go back and compete again! We're to think I haven't competed in almost 10 years, closer to 9.

Hoodie: Vertigo Paris (TJ Maxx, old), Tee: Cullen (Rue La La), Jeans: Mother c/o Marshalls, Sneakers: Keds (DSW), Necklace: Indulgems (Gilt Groupe), Rings: old, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Lumo 'Violet, Lumo 'Rope',

P.S. Enjoy this throwback video (if it doesn't play, use this link)

  1. Oh my goodness. I'm gasping slightly having watched the video of your gymnastic capabilities. I mean WOW! And again, WOW. I can't begin to imagine having being able to make any of those moves. Seriously impressive.

  5. Love the jumper because of the detailing, it is great when you've had something that long. The pop of colour is great too.

  6. Something's up with my computer so I can't see all your video, but I saw those flips at the start - WOW! You are super talented!

Your hoodies is really cute too - the beading detail is a nice touch. I'm the same as you - my splurges now are REALLY different from my splurges a while ago.....I try not to think about it ;) Your braids are really nice too!

Hope you have a wonderful Easter!
