{outfit} The Travel Uniform

  Monday, May 4, 2015 at 7:30 AM   |    Post a Comment     Tagged:,,,,,,,,,,,,,
This has become my travel uniform. I've worn this sweater for every flight I've been on since buying it. These photos were taken behind Notre Dame in Paris after traveling for 15 hours. We left Boston at 10pm, arrived in London and took the train to Paris at 2pm. Rather than go to sleep when we arrived in Paris at 5pm we decided to take a lovely stroll through the streets of Paris and stay up as late as possible to avoid issues with the time change.

P.S. Happy Star Wars Day!! May the Fourth be with you! ;)

Tee: Everlane, Jeans: J Brand 'Maria High Rise Skinny' in Supreme (Gilt), Sweater: DKNY (Net-a-Porter Sale), Bag: Chanel, Sandals: Ancient Greek Sandals 'Astrapi', Sunglasses: Ray-Ban 'Erika' (Ditto)

  1. That looks like such a cosy outfit! :) Also you look great for 15 hours of travelling! I remember when we stumbled into our hostel in London after flying from Australia and they suggested to us that we go and have a walk since our room was not yet ready. I was so not in the mood for a walk, I wanted a shower and a bed haha! We had been promised the room would be ready early, it wasn't of course!

We ended up having a fun morning though despite being tired, and a big nap when we did get into the room :P

  14. You look amazingly refreshed after 15 hours of travel! When we arrived in Brussels last year, we took an hour nap at 3 p.m. and it was just enough to keep us going the rest of the night. It's still hard though!

Your cardigan looks like the coziest thing imaginable!
